Join Hull Libraries this August for three events based around the iconic graphic novel V for Vendetta. These events are part of the BBC Novels that Shaped our World libraries programme.

Monday 2 August, 7pm to 8pm 
Hull Libraries present a Zoom-based discussion about V for Vendetta led either by library staff or a guest. If you have read the book or watched the film this is a chance to discuss all things V for Vendetta: from subversive politics to the iconic mask. V for Vendetta Book Club Tickets, Mon 2 Aug 2021 at 19:00 | Eventbrite

Friday 6 August, 7pm
Join V for Vendetta illustrator David Lloyd as he takes us back to the 1980s and the inspiration behind this iconic novel. This event takes place in Hull Central Library and will be streamed live to an online audience. Ages 18+ only.

Saturday 7 August, 10am to 12pm
David Lloyd will be signing copies of V for Vendetta and illustrations, including an exclusive illustration, at Hull Central Library. David will also have volumes of his online comics art magazine, Aces Weekly, on sale there via special smart coded access cards that all come with a free sketch as a bonus.
