Join us for a networking session focused on audience development and engagement. 

We will be discussing:

• What does (and doesn't) your role cover, and do you have any support i.e. a team or colleagues?
• Do you have an audience development/engagement plan or strategy and a budget for marketing? 
• How do you approach marketing your events programme alongside the regular library offer?
• What's your approach to social media and e-newsletters? How effective are they for you?

This session will be led by Lisa Faulks, Senior Librarian: Audience Development at Leeds Libraries, whose post about connecting with people in similar roles generated lots of interest on our Library Innovator’s Network.

We won't be recording the session, but we will try and share a few notes afterwards to summarise what was discussed.
