Libraries Connected are currently looking to select a new e-learning platform after using Learning Pool for the past 10 years.

This is a focus group for invited library staff to share their experiences and help us identify key features for our new platform. These insights will help us understand what's important to public library staff.

We're keen to find out:

• What's important for staff in e-learning
• What an ideal e-learning experience
• What causes frustration
• What features are important
• Where we should focus our efforts
