This one-hour webinar will explore two different but equally successful approaches to workforce development in public libraries. Sophia will share her experience of organising and delivering an all-staff development day, and Becky will discuss staff upskilling through the Innovating in Trusted Spaces project using a Test and Learn approach. Innovating in Trusted Spaces was funded by the UK government Department of Science, Innovation & technology.
