Please join us for the Libraires Connected AGM 2025.

The AGM will be introduced by Ed Jewell, President and Chair of Board of Trustees, who will also present a summary of the Trustees Annual Report for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2025. This will be followed by the presentation of the Accounts for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2025 by Paraic McKenna, Libraries Connected Trustee and Treasurer and a section, to be presented by Isobel Hunter, CEO of Libraries Connected, looking ahead to plans and activities for 2026.

Ed Jewell will then provide an update on the comprehensive governance review, supported by NCVO, which has taken place and the Board of Libraries Connected  proposed changes to our Articles of Association. There will be time to discuss the proposals and a motion to adopt the changes will be tabled at the meeting. Voting will be held during the meeting via the Zoom voting system and will be one vote per Head of Library Service present (or their nominated proxy).

The AGM is open to Heads of Service who are currently members or a member of their staff who has been nominated as a proxy to attend the AGM on their behalf.
