Booking is now open for this year's Universal Library Offers virtual conference, taking place online on Thursday 26th November! 

This year's event will be bigger than ever.

The day will feature guest speakers including Sarah Haynes, Campaign Planning Manager at National Year of Reading speaking about legacy plans for the year, Ariana Ntziadima of the National Lottery Community Fund speaking about the upcoming Music in Libraries project, and Sarah Lawrance, Publications and Heritage Programmes Manager at Equal Arts speaking about work around reading and dementia.

Case studies will be presented from libraries up and down the country showcasing innovations and ideas around the Universal Library Offers.

Hear from Libraries Connected staff and the Universal Library Offer Leads about the three year plan for the Offers and the way in which they can shape your offer to your customers.

Visit the virtual exhibit hall to browse new products and resources for public libraries as well as take away the latest innovative ideas, all available to download into your handy ‘swag bag’.

Drop into the video vault where all the flash films from the programme will be featured, in one place for you to add to your swag bag, along with a number of extra films exclusive to the video vault.

Make use of the chat function to network with other attendees.

New for this year, virtual round table sessions will be held in both the morning and afternoon for attendees to gather and discuss the hot topics of the day.
