Webinar: Co-location – How to make it work

Co-location is an increasingly common option as councils seek to reduce or modernise their estate.
Co-location with other services can bring many challenges, such as lack of space and conflicting values and ways of working of the different partners.
However, when done well it can enhance what the library and other partners offer, present improved and more integrated services for local people, and expand the capacity and impact of the library service.
Join us for a discussion around co-location where we will hear from two Heads of Service about their experiences. We will be joined by Angela Huisman from Windsor & Maidenhead Libraries and Ceris Howard from Brighton & Hove Libraries who will give an overview of their co-location journey and insights into what works and the challenges they’ve faced.
Please note this webinar will be recorded so please sign up even if you cannot attend in order to get the link.
