• Creative Arts East Rekindle project - Programming Arts in Libraries
• Upswing a multi-award-winning UK-based contemporary circus company, presenting their Circus in libraries guide

We will also introduce the updated Culture Offer Learning Pool modules which cover key elements of the local culture offer including programming and managing library arts and performance activities in libraries.
