VisionArts Council England aims to provide libraries, funders, and policymakers with timely, high-quality insights into sector activity. We seek to reduce the burden of manual reporting by leveraging modern data science to eliminate extensive data reformatting and standardisation. Project OverviewThe project explores how Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI can be applied across fragmented library systems and datasets to better understand impact, particularly member usage patterns. It also examines how national datasets (e.g., deprivation, education, and mental health) could be integrated to improve predictions of future demand and funding.
