Webinar: Fundraising for community projects

Raising funds from charitable trusts and foundations is becoming more of a focus for many library services. Unfortunately, this comes at a time when broader public services are struggling and there is a huge demand on these funds from charities seeking to fill in the gaps for vulnerable people.
This webinar brings the team from Amplify, our fundraising partner, to show you how to identify and build relationships with these funders and how best to pitch your ideas to be most likely to succeed.
Our focus will be on projects aiming to engage and support communities, and while our initial focus is on small and medium grants (up to say £25k), the lessons will be applicable for larger grants too so please do join if you are looking to any bid to charitable trusts.
This is the first of three, with future webinars focusing on delivering charitable trust funded projects, and the third on Arts Council projects.
Elements of the session will be recorded to share with others in the sector. By booking a place and attending you are confirming your consent to your image and any input you make within the meeting being recorded.
