Webinar: Innovating in Trusted Spaces: How Libraries Embedded Digital Inclusion in Sprint 2

25 February 2026 11:00 - 12:00

Discover how public libraries are building digital confidence through the Innovating in Trusted Spaces project.

In this second webinaryou’ll hear from our partner library services: Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire (Inspire), Northumberland, and Newcastle. They will share the approaches they developed to help library users engage with digital inclusion resources during Sprint 2 of the project (January–March). We’ll also share some lessons learned and the early outcomes for library users and staff.

This UK government-funded project is delivered in partnership with Good Things Foundation and WSA Community. It explores innovative ways to engage library users with digital media literacy and artificial intelligence (AI) in specified groups, helping them build confidence and make informed choices about benefits and risks.

This webinar will be recorded and shared with registered attendees.
