Webinar: An Introduction to Building Partnerships (Leadership Essentials)
Join us to explore one of the most important skills for library leaders: building effective partnerships that strengthen services and create new opportunities. Designed as an introductory session, this webinar is ideal for those who are new to partnership working or looking to build their confidence in developing collaborative relationships.
Our speakers are:
- Rachel Payne, Business Development Manager, Libraries Connected
- Clancy Mason, Regional Development Manager, Libraries Connected
- Vicky Clarke, Head of Libraries, Blackpool Council
Rachel will guide us through the fundamentals of building partnerships, including how to identify potential partners, build strong relationships and create shared value.
Clancy will share practical examples of partnership working from both a strategic and operational perspective, drawing on experience of developing collaborations that deliver tangible outcomes for libraries and their communities.
We’ll also be joined by Vicky, who will share how partnership working helped bring Blackpool’s first Eco-Hub to life at Palatine Library. The project transformed a space within the library into an innovative, operationally net zero hub for sustainability, learning and community engagement.
This webinar will be recorded. Please register if you are unable to attend but would like to receive the recording.
