Webinar: Libraries Development Framework: building effective partnerships and creatively generating resources
In this second Libraries Development Framework webinar, Arts Council England will be showcasing how libraries in the Framework are building effective local partnerships and using resources creatively to generate additional revenue. Focussing on the ‘Place’ and ‘Purpose’ sections of the Framework, you will hear from libraries who are delivering targeted support for residents through strategic partnerships and those who are embracing mixed models of income generation.

Arts Council England’s Libraries Development Framework is a national recognition and celebration of outstanding and impactful practice in libraries across community engagement, place-based working, leadership and workforce development. Libraries in the Framework are commended for creative, data informed, collaborative and sustainable approaches to service development and delivery, allowing them to effectively advocate on local, regional and national platforms and to prepare for current and future challenges.
