Join Arts Council England as they shine a light on the impactful work being undertaken by the first libraries to join the Libraries Development Framework. This webinar will focus on the ‘People’ section of the Framework. It will look at how libraries are using data to understand local needs, developing their range of users, and engaging those with the greatest need.

  • Charlotte Higham, Libraries Access Officer Health & Wellbeing, and Jacinta Frank Service Development Officer  Communities, Bolton Libraries and Museum Services.

Arts Council England’s Libraries Development Framework is a national recognition and celebration of outstanding and impactful practice in libraries across community engagement, place-based working, leadership and workforce development. Libraries in the Framework are commended for creative, data informed, collaborative and sustainable approaches to service development and delivery, allowing them to effectively advocate on local, regional and national platforms and to prepare for current and future challenges.
