Learn about borrowing trends in new research from Independent Mind and get practical tips on how to boost lending in your service from other services.

This hour-long webinar will provide opportunities to hear the findings from new research led by Independent Mind on behalf of Libraries Connected. 

34 library services from across the country contributed data about their lending for six years since 2019-20. Seven case studies were produced with library services who performed better than average, exploring how they managed to grow or maintain loans with different audiences.

The webinar will showcase the findings from the research and then two of the case study library services will present their approaches to growing and maintaining loans among children and adults, including physical book loans and e-lending services.

There will be opportunities to ask questions and share your own experiences with other attendees as well as hearing from Independent Mind, Lewisham Libraries and Norfolk Libraries.
