Join colleagues from Ipsos UK to find out more about what stops (or prevents) people using public libraries and what libraries could do to encourage greater engagement. This is a follow on from the previous webinar which was held in December 2024. At this webinar you'll hear findings from research commissioned by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) to understand the barriers to, and enablers of, engagement with public library services in England. Researchers from Ipsos UK will share key findings from the research including insights into the types of people who are not using public library services and interventions co-developed with library staff which could help overcome barriers.
