As incidents of violence and abuse towards staff continue to increase, we have been working with colleagues from across the sector to explore the topic of creating safer libraries.
We hosted an online Knowledge Sharing Event for the Know Your Neighbourhood Project on Thursday 28 September. This was a showcase of projects that are underway, as well as a look at some of the barriers or challenges that have been identified.
