Our Universal Offers, launched in 2013, are a strategic programme and an articulation of the power of public libraries to enrich the lives of individuals and their communities. The offers cover the six key areas of service which our customers and our stakeholders see as essential to a 21st century library service: Reading, Information, Digital, Health, Learning and Culture. They are underpinned by The Children’s Promise and The Six Steps Promise. We are inviting consultants to work with us to review the current impact and use of the offers including consultation with Libraries Connected members, other library staff and stakeholders and to make recommendations about the future development, structure and role of the programme.
