Invitation to tender: Short leadership programme

We are seeking a trainer to design and deliver a four-month leadership programme to support 12 new and emerging public library Heads of Service in navigating change, building confidence, and leading collaboratively within a shifting local government landscape. This programme has been funded by the Foyle Foundation.
