Libraries Connected is broadening out its funding base through the development of its work bringing commercial contracts into libraries. We see this as critical to supporting libraries to deliver national, regional and devolved government services directly into communities. Our aim is to create sustainable funding for library services, better delivery for government services, but most of all a better and more effective experience of these service for the people in the communities we serve.  

We are looking for support in developing our skills and systems around bidding for commissioned services, as well as support in tendering and bid writing.
