Library leaders are having to make many challenging decisions regards how to address technology provision within their services, with budget cuts and reduced footfall just two of the increasing number of factors affecting strategic plans. 

We are hosting a technology roundtable webinar to provide an open forum to discuss the following:

• Technology provision in libraries (computers, laptops, tablets)
• What are libraries doing when replacing equipment?
• How are libraries financing the replacement of computers and purchasing additional equipment?
• How does this line up with needs / evidence?
• How are libraries factoring in future changes?
• Update on current position with monthly activity data – is there anything more needed?

The event will be chaired by Iain Moore, Commercial Director at Libraries Connected with input from Dave Lloyd, Lead of the Information and Digital Universal Library Offer Group and Service Development Manager at Coventry Libraries and Information Service.

Our aim is to have an open conversation to see how Libraries Connected can support in this area and enable library staff to share best practice and concerns.
