Webinar: Warm Welcome campaign update
The Warm Welcome Campaign was founded in the cost of living crisis in 2022, and now has over 4000 registered community spaces. Libraries have always been a core part of the network – providing over 25% of the sites in communities across the country.
The Warm Welcome Network has been very successful in sharing good practice, gathering evidence, delivering advocacy, and securing funding for community venues. The annual evaluations showed how the Warm Welcome venues have not only helped people through the cold winter months, but equally importantly helped tackle loneliness and support people’s mental health.
Come along to this event to find out Warm Welcome's plans for the winter ahead and how it will benefit your library service to be part of the Warm Welcome Network.
