Sarah is Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive of Explore York Libraries and Archives, the first public mutual library and archive service, and delivering the statutory responsibility on behalf of City of York Council. Sarah has been a member of Yorks & Humber Libraries Connected Steering Committee and represent Explore on behalf of the region. Sarah has over 20 years of management and leadership experience within public libraries and believes passionately in the ability of libraries to make a difference and change lives.
