We're looking for an expert contractor to help develop an accreditation scheme for English public libraries.

We need someone skilled in consulting and co-creation in order to develop a pragmatic scheme that will work as a service development tool.

This will be a challenging exercise, but one that will ultimately bring great benefits by helping libraries to meet their communities’ needs.
