Libraries Connected and communications agency Creative Concern held the first Marketing the Webinar on Wednesday 21 July from 11am to 1pm, providing expert guidance on how to plan a marketing campaign.
This was the first of three webinars in our Marketing the Library project. It took you through the seven key steps of campaign planning, answering the question 'Why plan?' and including identifying a target audience, producing clear messaging and measuring success.
This session was a combination of presentation and Q&A offering practical tips and guidance around campaign planning. It was open to all library staff and volunteers and is now available to watch back in full on YouTube.
