Chad joins Libraries Connected from Sheffield Libraries where he managed various community libraries in the city, giving him an insight into the struggles and opportunities facing library services today. He also holds a PhD from the University of Sheffield, giving him research skills which he can bring to the role. He is excited to support libraries in this new project.
