She has worked in a wide range of public policy and diplomatic roles in the UK and abroad, including at HM Treasury, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and No.10 Downing Street. A lover of libraries since her childhood, Francesca is passionate about supporting the vital role they play in creating opportunities and connections for people of all ages.
