Nick led Sheffield Libraries and Archives for 8 years after having worked across most parts of Local Government in Sheffield and Doncaster, ranging from corporate strategy and performance to project managing change in children and adult social care. Prior to this Nick had careers in FE and education and fifteen year’s experience in manufacturing electronics. In 2018 he was seconded part time to the DCMS and the Libraries Taskforce and has always had a drive to look at quality and systems thinking to improve processes and services for customers. He’s looking forward to bringing his experience to help the Libraries Connected regions in their next stage of development.
