Sarah was formerly Library Services Manager for Essex Libraries and a past Chair of ASCEL. She is the former lead for the Universal Culture Offer and was a member of SCL Executive. Away from work she is one of the founder members of Empathy Lab, a not for profit organisation building children’s empathy through stories in schools and libraries.
