Tabitha was Head of Library Service and Customer Experience at Libraries Unlimited, the charity that runs libraries across Devon and Torbay, having previously worked with library services across the South West for 20 years. She is a chartered librarian and has a background in innovation and development programmes delivering high quality and inclusive library services that constantly adapt to the changing needs of communities. As part of the new Regional Development Team Tabitha will collaborate with the regional networks to develop resources to enable sustainable services that deliver social impact at scale.
