The 2023 Innovation Gathering will take place on Thursday 2 March, 10:00 - 16:00 in Birmingham.

The event will bring public library staff together from across the UK to showcase their innovative work, create new connections and think collectively about how to improve their services to local communities. 

Throughout the day there will be quick fire ignite talks from library services followed by table discussions. We will also be joined by Melanie Mesquita from Louis Michel Library Paris talking about innovative participation projects and Daniel Clark, Director of Creative Programme at the Story Museum Oxford talking about engaging with stories (download provisional programme below).

The gathering is open to all public library staff in the UK, you do not need to be a member of the Library Innovators Network to attend, however we strongly encourage you to join the network (contact helen.drakard@librariesconnected.org.uk for more information).
