The objective of The Big Help Out is to raise awareness of volunteering throughout the U.K. and provide opportunities for people to experience volunteering and make a difference in their communities.

This webinar will include:

• Information on how libraries can get involved in the Big Help Out (Jeremy Hughes from Better Communities)
• Examples of how libraries plan to engage with The Big Lunch and The Big Help Out

There will also be an introduction to the Hi! Street Event Toolkit and reflections on lessons learnt, successes and challenges from running community events and working with volunteers from Daniel Bernstein (Emergency Exit Arts). There will be an opportunity to ask questions.
