The EVOLS tool was developed by economists at University of East Anglia (UEA) to help libraries estimate the value of the services they provide and coordinate in their communities.

Richard Fordham from UEA will provide a practical walk through of the EVOLS tool, using a live example – DigiFest Norfolk.

We will also launch the EVOLS Basecamp group where you will be able to access the tool as well as guidelines for gathering your local data and feedback to support the future development of evidence-based practice and influencing.
